Get to know me
In short, here’s my story…
I was born in Italy on August 10, 1986. After my parents’ divorce we moved to the Netherlands, which was a huge transition. I was 12 at the time.
The language, the weather, the culture… It took me a while to find my place.
When I was 19, I was working full-time and standing on my own 2 feet.
From my 20s to my 30s I was in a loving relationship. We lived together for 2 years in Chile, learned Spanish and traveled through South America and even Antarctica.
It was an intense and formative adventure.
After that period, a lot changed at once. My relationship ended, I moved house and I started a new job. It was a period that forced me to take a more honest look at what I wanted long term.
From 2017 to 2021 I worked in a high-pressure corporate environment with intense demands and extremely long hours. Everything looked perfect on the outside, but I started to realise that the life I had built no longer felt like mine. I could feel the stress starting to take its toll and knew I didn’t want to keep going like that.
In early 2021 I made a conscious decision to change direction. I quit my job, took the summer off and started my own company on my own terms, built on peace and freedom.
It was the beginning of a much bigger transition than I realised at the time.
Over the years, I’ve developed my intuition into one of the strongest tools I have, both in my life and in my work. I receive information I couldn’t logically know, pick up on what’s going on beneath the surface and get very clear yeses and nos. I know something before I have any idea why I know it.
I’ve learned to trust that information and work with it, whether I’m making a big decision in my own life or getting straight to the heart of what’s going on with a client.
In mid 2025 I felt a clear intuitive pull to leave Holland and start a new chapter in New Zealand.
Trusting my intuition, I followed that call and made the move.
Looking back, moving to New Zealand was one of the biggest leaps I’ve ever taken.
It came with uncertainty, financial risk and plenty of visa challenges. It was another chapter of that in-between phase, where the old was gone but the new wasn’t fully here yet.
There were moments when I genuinely had no idea how things would work out. But it also brought me things I could never have planned for.
I built a new life from scratch, found a community, made close friendships and met the man I love.
I'm incredibly grateful that I trusted myself and went for it, even when it didn't make sense on paper.
I shared more about this chapter of my life and my own in-between story in this podcast episode.
How astrology found its way to me

In January 2020 I discovered astrology. After my first reading so many things suddenly made sense. I knew right then that I wanted to learn more.
I went all in, studied intensively at the Debra Silverman Astrology School and have never stopped learning.
Astrology helps me get straight to the heart of things, beyond labels and expectations. It gives language to who you are and space to follow your path in your own way.
How somatic healing completed my work
At the end of 2022, somatic healing became part of my journey. Even though I had already done a lot of mental and reflective work, I could still feel that something remained unresolved on a deeper level.
Through this work, I started uncovering patterns and reactions I wasn't fully aware of, which brought a huge sense of relief.
My nervous system became more regulated, I felt lighter and more energised, and I started to feel even more confident. I moved from overthinking and feeling disconnected to having a clearer sense of what feels right for me.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) also helped me look at myself with a lot more compassion. Instead of judging myself for being anxious, controlling or stuck, I started to understand where those patterns came from and what they were trying to protect.
These days I make decisions very differently than I used to. Instead of focusing on what I think I should do, I pay attention to what genuinely feels right for me.
Somatic healing has become an essential part of my work. Understanding your patterns is one thing, but actually changing them is another.
That is why I combine both in my work, supporting women to navigate those uncertain in-between phases, understand what keeps them stuck and move towards a life that feels like theirs.

I can spend hours talking about psychology, personal growth and what makes people tick.

Small talk isn’t really my thing, give me a meaningful conversation instead.

I recharge through nature, travel, journaling and slow mornings with coffee and chill piano music.

I have a soft spot for Italy, but New Zealand completely stole my heart.

Pasta, bread or pizza? Too hard to choose 😁

If I’m not working, I’m probably planning my next adventure or exploring New Zealand with my boyfriend ❤️
